About This Course

Through the Food Service and Nutrition Management in Healthcare (FSNM) program you will gain the practical knowledge and leadership skills needed to contribute meaningfully to patient and resident care, support healthcare teams, and lead food service change within complex care environments.
FSNM is designed for (but not limited to) individuals with experience in healthcare or food services in front-line, entry level management or supervisory positions.
