Applicants seeking a home builder and/or vendor license from the HCRA must first demonstrate they meet all competency requirements.
While we offer the courses for each of the seven approved courses, applicants may choose to take only the exams. The HCRA exams are meant for those who have significant experience in the construction industry or subject matter expertise. You have three attempts to pass a challenge exam, and if you are unsuccessful, you must enrol in the course. The exams use the Honorlock virtual proctoring system and can be scheduled at your convenience. The pass mark is 70%.
