Emotional intelligence is widely recognized as a key leadership skill. Research shows that emotionally intelligent leaders foster teams that are more engaged, productive, and collaborative. Emotional intelligence can be cultivated at any point in a leader’s career through self-awareness and practice.
This workshop introduces participants to what it means to be an emotionally intelligent leader, and how to have a positive impact on teams. Participants will build self-awareness and better understand how to set professional boundaries in response to difficult interpersonal issues. It also explores the connection between emotional intelligence and performance, psychological safety, and motivation. At the end of the workshop, participants receive a toolkit of strategies for implementing emotional intelligence at work.
